Common specifications and applicable scope of fully automatic C-shaped steel machine

The fully automatic C-shaped steel machine is a single roll forming unit capable of producing various specifications of C-shaped main room products.

The commonly used specifications are 80-300, and the machine mainly consists of passive loading rack, leveling device, punching device, cutting device after forming, hydraulic station, computer control system, etc. This machine adopts automatic flying saw punching, which is characterized by easy operation. The C-shaped steel products rolled by the C-shaped steel equipment have good tensile, bending, and compression properties, good flatness, fully automatic fixed length cutting, automatic punching, high degree of automation, and suitable and convenient installation speed. The products can be used as the main load-bearing structure of large and medium-sized industrial and civil buildings, such as factory buildings, warehouses, locomotive depots, aircraft hangars, exhibition halls, cinemas, sports venues, and market flower sheds for roof load-bearing and wall flat support. Cold formed steel is the main material for making light steel structures, which is formed by cold bending steel plates or steel strips.

Scope of application of C-shaped steel: C-shaped steel is widely used for purlins, wall beams, and can also be combined into lightweight building components such as roof trusses and brackets. In addition, it can also be used for columns, beams, arms, etc. in mechanical light industry manufacturing.

C-shaped steel purlins are divided into dozens of specifications according to height, such as 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 250, to 300, etc. The length can be determined according to engineering design, but considering transportation and installation conditions, the total length generally does not exceed 12 meters. C-shaped steel is automatically processed and formed by a C-shaped steel forming machine. The C-shaped steel machine can automatically complete the forming process of C-shaped steel according to the given size of C-shaped steel.
