1.Brief Overview

The color coated steel tile making machine is a specialized cold roll forming equipment designed for continuous production of color steel roof tiles,wall panels and customized profiled metal sheets.It processes pre-painted galvanized steel coil,galvalume coil and aluminum zinc coated strip into various shaped roofing tiles through uncoiling,leveling,roll forming,cutting and automatic blanking.Widely applied in factory workshops,warehouse roofing,rural construction,steel structure villas,temporary prefab houses and agricultural breeding sheds.

2.Core Working Principle

Raw color steel coils are mounted on the uncoiler;the coil is fed into the leveling unit to eliminate sheet bending deformation.Multiple groups of precision alloy forming rollers gradually bend the flat steel strip into preset tile profile step by step under fixed speed drive.After profile shaping,the hydraulic cutting device automatically cuts finished tiles to customized fixed length according to set parameters,with finished products falling onto the receiving rack for collection.The whole production line runs continuously with centralized PLC control.
