1. Product Overview

Steel roof tile roll former is automatic cold roll forming machinery specially fabricated for producing metal roof tiles from galvanized steel, galvalume and color coated steel coils. Through continuous uncoiling, flattening, gradual roll shaping and fixed-length hydraulic cutting, flat metal strips are shaped into various profiled roof tiles for industrial plants, warehouses, prefab buildings and rural residential roofing projects. The whole line adopts integrated PLC automatic control for stable continuous production.

2. Main Machine Composition

Uncoiler: Hydraulic expansion decoiler, load capacity 3–8 tons, holds raw steel coils and realizes steady automatic feeding.

Straightening Unit: Multi-roller leveling structure to eliminate sheet warpage and ensure uniform incoming flatness.

Roll Forming Section: Forming rollers made of quenched alloy steel with CNC precision machining, anti-abrasion and long service life; thick welded machine frame avoids runtime deformation.

Hydraulic Cutting Unit: High-pressure hydraulic shear cuts finished tiles at preset length with smooth, burr-free cutting surface.

PLC Control Cabinet: Touch screen operation, freely set production speed and cutting length; equipped with emergency stop and fault alarm protection.

Receiving Table: Stack finished roof tiles neatly after cutting.
