What materials can a roll forming machine process?

Roll forming machines can process a wide range of metal sheet and coil materials, mainly including:

1. Carbon steel / Mild steel

The most common material, low cost, widely used for roof panels, purlins, steel tiles and structural profiles.

2. Galvanized steel

Hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized steel. Good anti-rust performance, the most popular for construction profiles.

3. Galvalume steel (Aluzinc)

Aluminum-zinc coated steel, better corrosion resistance than ordinary galvanized steel.

4. Color coated steel / PPGI / PPGL

Pre-painted color steel coils, used for colored roof tiles, wall panels and decorative profiles.

5. Stainless steel

201, 304 stainless steel. For anti-corrosion, food industry, decoration and special engineering profiles.

6. Aluminum alloy

Aluminum sheets and aluminum coils. Light weight, anti-rust, used for door frames, curtain walls and decorative parts.

7. Copper and brass

Mainly for special decoration, electrical and industrial precision profiles.

8. Other alloy metals

Such as magnesium alloy, tinplate, and some high-strength low-alloy steel (HSLA) for automotive and industrial use.
