1. Product Overview

Coil Decoiling Cutting Machine, also known as cut-to-length machine, integrates uncoiling, feeding, positioning and fixed-size cutting into an automatic production line. It unwinds metal coils, feeds material quantitatively and cuts into required flat sheets in continuous production. Widely used for pre-blanking raw materials before roll forming, stamping and metal component manufacturing.

2. Working Process

Hydraulic Decoiler → Feeding Device → Servo Measuring System → Hydraulic Cutting → Finished Product Stacking Table

Decoiler: 3–10 tons hydraulic uncoiler expands inner coil hole for stable material releasing.

Servo Feeding: Servo motor accurately controls feeding length to guarantee cutting accuracy.

Cutting Unit: Hydraulic guillotine shear cuts steel plate, neat cutting edge with few burrs.

Receiving table automatically accumulates finished sheets.

Intelligent PLC + touch screen control, set cutting length and production quantity directly on panel, fully unattended automatic running.

High processing precision: length tolerance within ±0.3mm.

Strong material compatibility: process cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, PPGI, stainless steel, customizable thickness 0.3–6.0mm.

Compact whole-line structure, less floor occupation, easy installation and daily maintenance.
