The Coil Decoiling Leveling Cutting Line is a fully integrated,high-efficiency metal coil processing solution that combines uncoiling,leveling,precision feeding,fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking in one continuous workflow.Designed to convert raw metal coils into standard flat finished sheets,this all-in-one production line eliminates the inefficiency of separate standalone machines,making it a core equipment for steel processing centers,machinery manufacturing and metal fabrication industries.

This automated production line mainly consists of a hydraulic decoiler,pinch feeding device,multi-roller precision leveler,servo feeding system,hydraulic guillotine shear,conveyor platform and automatic stacker.It can be optionally equipped with edge trimming units and waste collection devices to meet higher-standard sheet production requirements.The whole line adopts PLC centralized control and touch screen operation,realizing unattended continuous processing and greatly reducing manual operation errors and labor costs.

In the working process,the metal coil is stably unwound by the hydraulic decoiler to avoid coil deviation and material jamming.The uncoiled strip is then sent to the multi-roll leveling unit,which uses repeated elastic-plastic alternating bending to effectively eliminate coil curvature,edge waves,middle buckles and internal residual stress generated during rolling and coiling.This process ensures the flatness and stability of the metal strip,avoiding plate rebound and deformation in subsequent processing.

Equipped with a high-precision servo feeding system,the line achieves accurate fixed-length feeding,with a cutting tolerance controlled within±0.3mm,ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy of finished sheets.The hydraulic shear features stable cutting force and neat incision without burrs.Finally,the qualified flat sheets are transported by the conveyor and stacked automatically,realizing orderly collection and convenient packaging and transportation.
