Coil Leveling Machine

1. Brief Introduction

Coil Leveling Machine is specialized equipment for continuous flattening of uncoiled steel strips from metal coils. It eliminates coil camber, edge wave, middle buckle and residual internal stress generated during hot rolling, cold rolling and coiling, ensuring flat strip for subsequent slitting, cut-to-length, stamping and forming processes. It can work independently or match with uncoiler to form compact coil leveling unit.

2. Working Principle

After uncoiling, strip runs through staggered upper and lower multi-layer work rolls. Alternating repeated up-down elastoplastic bending corrects irregular distortion gradually; bending depth decreases progressively along feeding direction to release internal stress thoroughly without springback, obtaining smooth and flat metal strip. CNC hydraulic model automatically adjusts roll gap according to material thickness and tensile strength.

Alloy quenched work rolls with dense backup rolls, wear-resistant, prevent roll deflection and avoid scratching strip surface.

Hydraulic servo & PLC touch control system, one-click parameter setting for different steel grades.

Centralized automatic lubrication system, low wear, easy daily maintenance and spare parts replacement.

Flexible layout: standalone type or integrated with uncoiler for inline continuous production.
