1.Product Overview

Coil Straightening Machine,also called sheet leveling machine,is essential auxiliary equipment for roll forming lines.It removes internal stress,waves,camber and uneven deformation of metal strips uncoiled from steel coils,making flat raw material for subsequent punching,roll forming and cutting processes.Widely matched with C/Z purlin machines,roofing panel roll formers and other metal forming production lines.

2.Working Principle&Flow

Uncoiled steel strip→multi-layer upper&lower leveling rollers→repeated repeated bending correction→flat qualified sheet feeding to next procedure

Multi-group staggered leveling rollers extrude the whole plate evenly to eliminate bending stress and surface irregularity of raw coil.
