1. Product Overview

Cut-To-Length Line (CTL Line) is an integrated automatic production line designed for uncoiling, leveling, feeding, fixed-length shearing and stacking of metal coils. It processes hot rolled & cold rolled steel coils into flat finished sheets with precise fixed size, widely replacing traditional blanking and manual cutting.

2. Main Composition

Complete line configuration from feeding to finished product:

Uncoiler → Pinch & Leveler → Servo Feeder → Flying Shear / Guillotine Shear → Conveyor → Stacker

Optional attachments: edge trimming device, dust removal system, waste collecting unit.

3. Working Principle

Steel coil is loaded on uncoiler for gradual decoiling; strip passes multi-roller plate leveler to eliminate camber and inner stress; servo motor feeds material with programmed fixed length; shear cuts sheet at preset dimension automatically; finished plates are conveyed and neatly stacked at the terminal.
