Cut-To-Length Production Line

The Cut-To-Length Production Line is a high-efficiency, fully automatic metal coil processing system designed to convert continuous metal coils into precise flat sheets with customized fixed lengths. Different from ordinary simple cutting machines, the CTL line is fitted with a multi-roller leveling system. The precision alloy leveling rollers effectively eliminate coil camber, surface waves and internal stress generated during coil rolling, ensuring the final flat sheets feature high flatness and no deformation. Adopting advanced PLC intelligent control and servo motor feeding system, the equipment realizes digital setting of cutting length, production quantity and running speed. The cutting dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, delivering highly accurate and uniform finished products.

The whole production process runs automatically without frequent manual intervention. After one-time parameter setting, the equipment can complete continuous feeding, fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking. The hydraulic guillotine cutting device features sharp and durable cutter blades, ensuring burr-free and smooth cutting sections. The compact and rigid welded machine frame guarantees stable long-term high-speed operation with low failure rate and easy daily maintenance.
