Fully Automatic Cut-To-Length Line

1.Overview

Fully Automatic Cut-To-Length Line(CTL Line)is an integrated continuous processing line for steel coil decoiling,leveling,feeding,fixed-length cutting and stacking.It converts hot rolled,cold rolled,galvanized and stainless steel coils into finished flat sheets with precise dimension,replacing inefficient manual cutting.The whole line runs automatically via PLC centralized control with minimal labor input.

2.Line Composition

Uncoiler→Pinch Feed Unit→Multi-roll Leveler→Servo Feeder→Cutting Shear→Conveyor→Automatic Stacker

Optional:Edge trimming device,scrap collecting trolley,hydraulic loading cart.

3.Working Principle

Steel coil is mounted on hydraulic uncoiler for smooth unwinding.Strip goes through leveling machine to remove camber,edge wave and inner residual stress.Servo system sets target length accurately and sends strip forward continuously;shear cuts sheets at preset size,then finished plates are transported and stacked automatically.
