Plate Leveling Machine is essential metal processing equipment used to flatten bent, warped, wavy steel plates after cutting, stamping and rolling. Through repeated alternating bending between upper and lower staggered rollers, internal residual stress of raw plates is removed to get qualified flat blanks for subsequent cutting, welding and machining.
Working Principle
Workpieces are fed into roller gaps and bent up and down continuously. With gradually reduced bending depth from inlet to outlet, plates complete elastic-plastic deformation and rebound elimination to reach required flatness. CNC hydraulic type adjusts roller clearance automatically according to plate thickness and material.
