1.Product Introduction

Plate Straightening Machine is multi-roll industrial equipment specially used to straighten warped,waved and buckled metal plates after flame cutting,laser cutting,stamping and hot processing.It eliminates internal residual stress of raw sheets to ensure excellent flatness for subsequent welding,machining and bending procedures.Mechanical and hydraulic CNC types are optional according to customer requirements.

2.Working Principle

Steel plate is fed into gaps between staggered upper and lower straightening rolls.Reciprocating elastic-plastic bending repeatedly corrects plate deformation.Bending deflection gradually reduces from feed inlet to discharge outlet to release internal stress and avoid rebound,achieving standard flat finished plates.CNC hydraulic models auto-adjust roll clearance by inputting plate thickness and material grade.
