Uncoiler Leveler Shear Line

1.Product Introduction

Uncoiler Leveler Shear Line is an integrated compact processing line integrating uncoiling,leveling and fixed-length shearing functions.It directly processes various metal coils into finished flat sheets in one continuous workflow,ideal for medium&small steel processing factories with limited workshop space.

2.Main Machine Configuration

Hydraulic Uncoiler→Pinch Device→Multi-Roll Leveler→Servo Feeding System→Guillotine Shear→Outfeed Conveyor&Stacker

Optional:coil loading trolley,scrap collecting structure.

3.Working Principle

Steel coil is installed on uncoiler for stable unwinding.The strip is pulled into leveler to eliminate coil curvature,edge waves and residual stress.Servo feeder accurately controls cutting length,then shear cuts plate automatically,finished sheets are conveyed and stacked orderly.
