1. Product Introduction

Uncoiler Leveling Cutting Line is an integrated automatic metal processing production line integrating decoiling, straightening and fixed-length shearing into one unit. It processes various metal coils into required flat finished sheets directly in continuous operation, replacing scattered separate machines and improving production efficiency greatly.

Commonly matched with raw material preparation for purlin, floor deck, roof panel roll forming factories and metal sheet distribution plants.

2. Complete Working Flow

Hydraulic Uncoiler → Feeding Guide → Coil Straightener → Servo Length Measuring → Hydraulic Cutting → Finished Sheet Stacking Table

Uncoiler: Hydraulic expansion uncoiler (5T/8T/10T optional) holds steel coil and releases strip steadily with brake tension control.

Leveling Section: Multi-row alloy leveling rollers eliminate coil camber, wavy edges and internal stress to guarantee flat plate.

Servo Feeding & Measuring: Servo motor precisely controls feeding length to ensure cutting dimensional accuracy.

Cutting Unit: Hydraulic guillotine shear cuts sheets at preset fixed length; smooth cutting edge without burr.

Receiving rack automatically collects and stacks finished flat sheets.
