Plate shearing machine is core cutting equipment widely used in metal plate processing, color steel manufacturing, engineering construction, container fabrication and electrical cabinet production, specially designed to cut carbon steel, galvanized plate, color coated steel, stainless steel and aluminum plates into customized fixed dimensions. Hydraulic guillotine shearing machine realizes vertical straight blade travel, guarantees excellent cutting parallelism and ultra-precise incision, which is the mainstream supporting model for automated continuous production lines of roof panels, wall boards and steel structural plates.

The overall machine structure is composed of heavy integral welded body, high-strength quenched cutting blades, hydraulic power unit, numerical control backgauge positioning system and safety protection assembly. The machine frame goes through high-temperature stress relief annealing after welding to avoid deformation under long-time repeated heavy-load cutting. Cutting blades are made of high-alloy tool steel with professional quenching treatment, featuring strong wear resistance and anti-cracking performance, ensuring neat, burr-free cutting surface and long service cycle. Equipped with servo-driven NC backgauge, operators input target cutting length on the operation panel, and the back stopper automatically locates to designated position, eliminating manual measurement and scribing errors. Most updated models install infrared safety grating to block blade movement once foreign objects enter the cutting area, effectively avoiding operational safety accidents.

Standard working procedure runs smoothly in actual production. After flat finished plates are transported to the machine worktable, operators feed the plate forward until the front end closely touches positioned backgauge; after confirming feeding position, start the cutting command, hydraulic system pushes upper blade down to finish linear shearing against fixed lower blade. When matched with full-automatic color steel forming production line, the plate shearing machine receives synchronous signal from front-end uncoiler and forming host, completing fixed-length automatic cutting without manual feeding and material fetching, realizing continuous unattended cutting production. Independent pressure regulating valve can adjust shearing force according to plate thickness and material hardness to minimize sheet bending deformation.
