The Decoiler & Straightener Combo, also named 2-in-1 uncoiler leveler, integrates decoiling and flattening procedures into a single unit to simplify your stamping production flow. Built with solid welded steel frame for stable long-term operation, this equipment consists of coil holding decoiler section and precision multi-roll straightening section.

The decoiler supports inner expansion clamping for various coil ID, available in electric or hydraulic expansion options to load heavy steel coils safely and feed raw material steadily without coil loose or tangling. The straightener adopts upper & lower adjustable flattening rollers to remove inherent coil curvature and material stress, ensuring flat incoming sheet before feeding to punch or cutting machine.
