Hydraulic Decoiler Machine

Hydraulic Decoiler Machine is indispensable front-end coil unwinding equipment for metal roll forming, slitting and cut-to-length lines. It is used to load, clamp and automatically unwind PPGI, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel coils, delivering raw metal sheet steadily to downstream forming machines. Widely paired with roof panel, wall panel, glazed tile, purlin roll forming production lines.

2. Working Principle

After steel coil is lifted and sleeved onto the main spindle, built-in hydraulic cylinder pushes four groups of supporting tiles outward to expand and fix the coil inner bore firmly. Linked with the host machine’s running signal, the driving motor drives spindle rotation to release raw material synchronously; equipped with braking device to avoid inertial free rotation and loose coil.
