Sheet Metal Uncoiler

Sheet Metal Uncoiler, also known as coil uncoiler or decoiler, is core front-end equipment of sheet metal processing line for automatic coil unwinding.

The main frame is made of thick welded steel plate with strong rigidity and durable service life. Inner expansion mandrel tightens coil inner hole to avoid slipping during operation. Two drive modes are optional: motor-driven electric type for light coils and hydraulic expansion type for heavy raw coils. Equipped with material induction device to realize automatic start-stop linkage with follow-up straightener or feeder, effectively preventing material stretching and wasting.

This uncoiler covers a wide processing range in coil width and loading capacity according to customer’s raw material specification. It is commonly matched with straightener and NC feeder to assemble three-in-one feeding line, extensively applied in automotive stamping, electrical casing manufacturing, metal blanking and construction profile production.
