1. Product Overview

Uncoiler Machine, also known as decoiler, is the essential front-end equipment for all metal roll forming, slitting, and cut-to-length production lines. It is mainly used to load, support, and automatically unwind steel coils such as color steel coil, galvanized coil, aluminum coil, and stainless steel coil. The machine provides stable and continuous raw material feeding for downstream forming machines, effectively improving production automation and line efficiency. It is widely matched with roof panel, wall panel, glazed tile, floor deck, and purlin roll forming lines.

2. Working Principle

The steel coil is hoisted and placed on the uncoiler spindle. The support arms expand outward to firmly clamp the inner diameter of the steel coil. Driven by the main motor, the spindle rotates synchronously to release the metal sheet. Equipped with a braking system and follow-up control function, the machine can automatically start and stop according to the running speed of the main machine, preventing material slack, stretching, and coil loose rotation, ensuring smooth and uniform feeding.
