What auxiliary accessories are optional for complete roll forming production line?

A full roll forming production line can be equipped with various optional auxiliary accessories according to customer’s production demands, raw material types and processing precision standards, greatly improving automation and production efficiency.

At the feeding front end, hydraulic coil car and coil loading trolley are popular optional parts, helping workers finish fast coil feeding instead of manual hoisting, especially for heavy hot rolled steel coils above 5 tons. Independent sheet leveler is another common optional accessory for factories processing uneven raw coils; it removes coil camber and internal stress before entering forming stations to reduce finished product deformation. Servo pre-punching unit is selected by solar bracket and cable tray manufacturers, realizing continuous online hole punching synchronously with forming to skip secondary stamping.

In the cutting section, flying hydraulic shear is standard while post-cut stacking rack, automatic discharging conveyor and finished product bundling machine are optional configurations. Automated stacking equipment collects formed profiles orderly and cuts manual handling cost for large-batch production.

For electric and monitoring parts, PLC remote control module and real-time running data display system are available extras, enabling remote parameter adjustment and fault troubleshooting by technical staff. Dust removal device and roller automatic lubricator are also optional for long-time continuous operation, lowering roller abrasion caused by metal scraps and extending service life of forming rollers.

Small-scale processing plants can omit most optional accessories to cut investment cost, while large automatic factories usually match multiple auxiliary devices to realize unattended continuous production.
