C Purlin Making Machine

1. Product Introduction

C Purlin Making Machine is fully automatic cold roll forming equipment specially designed for continuous production of C-shaped steel purlins. It processes galvanized steel, cold rolled steel and PPGI coils into standard C purlins via progressive cold bending. The whole production line finishes decoiling, leveling, hole punching, roll forming and fixed-length flying cutting automatically without extra secondary processing. One machine can produce multiple sizes of C purlins to meet diversified construction production needs.

2. Working Process

Decoiler → Feeding Guide → Leveling Device → Hydraulic Punching Station → Main Forming Host → Hydraulic Flying Cut → Output Table

Decoiler: 3–5 tons hydraulic uncoiler for stable steel coil feeding.

Leveler: Straighten deformed raw strip to guarantee forming accuracy.

Punching Unit: Pre-punch bolt connecting holes on purlin according to customer’s drawing.

Forming Part: Multi-pass alloy rollers gradually bend flat sheet into qualified C cross-section.

Flying Shear: Online non-stop cutting to improve production efficiency with smooth cutting surface.
