C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine

C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine is specialized cold roll forming equipment for continuous production of C-shaped and Z-shaped steel purlins widely used in steel structure construction. The machine automatically finishes feeding, forming, hole punching and shearing. High-precision solid alloy rollers processed by CNC lathe guarantee smooth forming surface, no distortion and uniform dimension of finished purlin. Heavy-duty welded main frame effectively lowers running vibration to keep long-term stable continuous operation. Hydraulic cutting unit features fast cutting speed and neat incision without burrs.
