Working Principle

Adopts multi-roller hydraulic compression bending structure with triangular arranged bending rollers:pre-shaped roof panel is fed into curving station,bottom support rollers fix panel position while top hydraulic roller applies adjustable downward pressure;by changing hydraulic cylinder stroke via PLC program,the bending depth is controlled to adjust arc radius of finished sheet,realizing continuous feeding and one-time smooth curving without panel cracking or wrinkling.

Working flow:Roll-formed roof sheet→automatic feeding→hydraulic progressive curving→finished curved panel output.
