Cartridge Dust Collector

A cartridge dust collector is a high-efficiency industrial dust removal device optimized for fine powder, dry dust and ultrafine particulate pollutants. Equipped with an automatic pulse jet self-cleaning system, the equipment supports long-term uninterrupted online operation. The intelligent pulse control system precisely controls pulse valves to eject instant high-pressure compressed air. The strong air impulse thoroughly removes dust cake attached to the filter cartridge folds, effectively preventing pore blockage and airflow attenuation. Compared with conventional filter bag dust collectors, pleated cartridge elements provide larger filtering area in the same space, with faster dust cleaning response and better fine dust interception performance.
