Filter Bag

Filter bag is the core filtering component of baghouse dust collector. It traps dust particles from dusty gas and lets clean air pass through the fabric, with filter cage supporting the bag to keep its shape during operation.

Common Types by Material

Polyester Needle Felt Bag: Standard type for normal temperature ordinary industrial dust, cost-effective.

PTFE Coated Filter Bag: Anti-stick, waterproof and oil-proof for sticky dust.

Fiberglass / PPS / P84 High Temp Filter Bag: For high-temperature flue gas above 160℃.

Stainless Steel Filter Bag: Corrosion resistant for special chemical gas.
