Filter Bag Cage

Filter bag cage, also known as filter cage or dust bag frame, is the inner supporting skeleton for filter bags in pulse dust collectors. Made of high-carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire, it is welded into a cylindrical structure to hold filter bags in shape and prevent bag shrinkage or deformation under airflow pressure.

Main Types

Galvanized Filter Cage: Ordinary galvanized finish for normal-temperature common dust removal.

Silicone Sprayed Cage: Anti-corrosion & high-temperature resistant for corrosive flue gas.

Stainless Steel Cage (304/316): Applied to chemical, food and high-corrosion working conditions.
