How to maintain the hydraulic system of hydraulic uncoiler?

Regular hydraulic system maintenance can extend service life and avoid unexpected shutdown of hydraulic uncoiler.Maintenance work is divided into daily inspection,periodic replacement and seasonal maintenance.

For daily routine check,operators need to observe hydraulic oil level inside the oil tank,ensuring liquid level stays between upper and lower scale marks;check pipeline joints,cylinder and solenoid valve for oil leakage at every startup.Abnormal oil leakage shall be treated promptly to prevent insufficient system working pressure.Meanwhile monitor hydraulic oil temperature,normal working temperature ranges from 30℃to 55℃;shut down the machine for inspection once oil temperature exceeds 65℃caused by overloading or clogged radiator.

Periodic maintenance shall be conducted every 3–6 months according to production load.Replace return oil filter and suction filter element regularly to block iron scraps and impurity from entering hydraulic circuit.For new uncoiler running over 500 working hours,complete the first full hydraulic oil replacement;afterwards change hydraulic oil every 2000 working hours,and clean inner tank sediment thoroughly during oil change.

Long-term idle equipment needs anti-corrosion maintenance:fill full standard hydraulic oil to avoid inner cavity rust,start hydraulic system for 5–10 minutes monthly for idle lubrication.Only using designated anti-wear hydraulic oil can prevent pump abrasion and valve jamming effectively.
