U Channel Roll Former

Brief Introduction

U Channel Roll Former is continuous cold roll forming machinery used to turn steel coils into U-shaped channel profiles in one pass. It processes galvanized steel, cold rolled sheet, stainless steel and aluminum strips for construction, solar bracket, racking and steel frame industries.

Working Flow

Decoiling → Feeding & leveling → Multi-pass roller forming → Hydraulic fixed-length cutting → Finished channel output.

Flat metal strip is gradually bent by precision forming rollers into standard U cross-section at room temperature without heating.

Main Components

Uncoiler: Manual or hydraulic type for loading raw steel coils.

Leveler & Feeder: Straighten irregular steel strip to guarantee stable feeding.

Roll Forming Stand: Solid cast frame + quenched alloy rollers, adjustable for various U sizes.

Hydraulic Cutting Unit: Flying cut or post cut, clean cut edge without burrs.
