1. Product Overview

U Profile Cold Forming Machine is fully automatic cold roll forming equipment that continuously shapes flat metal coils into standardized U-section profiles under normal temperature. It works with galvanized steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet, widely adopted in steel construction, photovoltaic support, storage rack, mechanical frame and transportation accessory manufacturing.

2. Production Process

Coil decoiling → strip feeding & leveling → multi-pass gradual cold bending forming → hydraulic fixed-length cutting → finished U-profile discharging.

Raw flat strip is progressively shaped by precision forming rollers without heating, realizing one-step forming from raw coil to finished U profile.

3. Main Composition

Uncoiler: Hydraulic or manual uncoiler for loading raw steel coils to ensure steady material release.

Feeding and Leveling Part: Eliminates sheet warpage to keep uniform feeding and stable forming dimension.

Cold Forming Host: Heavy welded frame with quenched alloy rollers; roller spacing adjustable for different U specification production.

Hydraulic Cutting Unit: Fixed-length cutting after forming, neat cutting surface free of burr.

PLC Intelligent Control Cabinet: Touch screen operation to preset product length, output quantity and running speed with automatic counting.
