Equipped with an intelligent PLC touch screen control system, the whole production process is fully automatic, including automatic feeding, constant-pressure embossing, stable conveying and fixed-length discharging. Operators can easily adjust feeding speed, roller gap and embossing pressure through the digital interface to adapt to metals with different thicknesses and hardness.
