1. Product Introduction

Checkered Plate Embossing Machine is specialized roller pressing equipment for manufacturing anti-slip checkered steel plates. By extruding flat steel between a pair of engraved upper and lower rollers, regular raised diamond/checker grains are formed on steel surface in one continuous pass. The finished checkered sheet features excellent anti-skid performance, widely popular in construction, transportation and machinery manufacturing.

Materials: cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel

Common processing range: 0.5mm–8.0mm, customized according to customer requirements

3. Working Principle

Motor and reduction unit drive paired embossing rollers to run synchronously. When plain steel sheet passes through roller clearance, pre-machined checker textures on rollers are transferred onto steel via uniform mechanical pressure, forming intact raised checkered patterns without material damage.
