1. Brief Description

Steel plate embossing machine is dedicated roll-forming equipment to press various concave-convex textures on carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel plates by paired engraved rollers. Under constant mechanical extrusion, plain steel obtains uniform anti-slip or decorative patterns in one pass, extensively used in construction, flooring, engineering accessories and metal processing industries.

2. Processable Materials & Thickness

Raw material: cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel, stainless steel plate, alloy steel strip

Usual processing thickness: 0.3mm ~ 6.0mm (customized per machine specification)

3. Working Principle

Power from motor and reducer drives upper & lower matched embossing rollers synchronously. As steel plate feeds into roller clearance, pre-carved grain on rollers is transferred onto steel surface via uniform pressing force to finish continuous embossing without cutting or material fracture.
