1. Product Overview

Cold Roll Forming Machine For Roof Sheet is professional cold bending processing equipment designed to convert flat metal coils into finished roof panels through continuous incremental roller shaping at normal temperature without heating. It mainly works with color coated steel, galvanized steel, galvalume and aluminum raw materials. Final roof sheets are widely adopted for steel workshops, warehouses, prefabricated buildings, farm sheds, villas and large stadium roofing construction.

2. Working Principle & Production Flow

Raw coil loading → uncoiling → feeding & leveling → multi-pass cold roll forming → fixed-length cutting → finished sheet collection.

Flat metal strip is gradually bent into required roof contour by orderly arranged forming rollers under cold processing. The whole production runs continuously to realize automatic one-step forming from raw coil to finished roof sheet.

3. Standard Machine Structure

Uncoiler: Manual or hydraulic uncoiler optional, loading capacity 3–10 tons to fix raw steel coils steadily.

Leveling & Feeding Unit: Removes strip camber and warpage to ensure flat feeding and stable forming precision.

Cold Forming Roller Group: Rollers made of high-quality alloy steel after quenching treatment, anti-abrasion and long service lifespan; heavy welded main frame ensures steady high-speed operation.

Cutting Mechanism: Standard hydraulic post-cutting; optional servo flying cut for smooth, burr-free incision without panel deformation.

PLC Control Cabinet: Touch screen operation, preset cutting length and production quantity, automatic counting and auto-stop function, convenient parameter modification.

Finished Product Rack: For orderly stacking of finished roof panels.
