1.Product Overview

Color Steel Tile Roll Forming Machine is automatic cold roll forming equipment for continuous production of color steel roof tiles and wall panels.It processes pre-painted steel,galvanized steel,galvalume and aluminum coils into various shaped metal tiles via uncoiling,leveling,roll forming and fixed-length hydraulic cutting.Adopting PLC centralized automatic control,this machine is widely used for industrial workshops,warehouses,prefab houses,rural buildings,breeding farms and greenhouses.

2.Main Machine Composition

Hydraulic Uncoiler:3–8 tons load capacity,hydraulic expansion design for stable coil unwinding and smooth feeding.

Leveling Unit:Multi-roller flattening structure to eliminate sheet camber and ensure flat raw material entering forming station.

Roll Forming Main Body:Forming rollers are CNC processed+quenched alloy steel,wear-resistant and long service life;thick welded machine frame prevents deformation during long-hour running.

Hydraulic Cutting System:Hydraulic shear cuts tiles at set length,clean cutting edge without burr or leftover scraps.

PLC Electric Control Cabinet:Touch screen setting for production speed&cutting length;with emergency stop,overload protection and fault alert.

Receiving Table:For neat stacking of finished color steel tiles.
