1.Product Overview

The Container Side Wall Panel Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic continuous cold roll forming production line,specially designed for manufacturing corrugated side wall panels of ISO standard shipping containers,dry cargo containers,and customized trailer carriage panels.Adopting non-heating cold bending technology,this equipment processes galvanized steel,SPA-H corten steel and carbon steel coils into standard container corrugated side boards through continuous progressive forming.It completes the whole production process including coil feeding,roll forming,fixed-length cutting and automatic unloading in one integrated operation.Widely applicable to container manufacturing factories,semi-trailer body workshops and customized cargo box production enterprises worldwide.

2.Production Process Flow

Hydraulic Decoiling→Material Buffering&Looping→Feeding&Guiding→Multi-station Continuous Roll Forming→Hydraulic Fixed-length Flying Cutting→Finished Panel Output&Stacking

Optional configuration:Pre-punching unit for assembly holes,which can be customized according to customer technical drawings.

3.Main Technical Parameters

This machine is compatible with SPA-H corten steel,galvanized steel and cold rolled carbon steel as raw materials,with applicable material thickness ranging from 1.2mm to 2.5mm,and the standard working thickness is 1.6mm to 2.0mm.It matches steel coils with an inner diameter of 508mm,a maximum outer diameter of 1300mm and a maximum loading weight of 5 to 8 tons.

The forming system is equipped with 20 to 28 sets of precision roller forming stands,configured according to different panel profiles.It adopts solid main shafts with a diameter from 70mm to 110mm,processed by high-frequency quenching for high rigidity and wear resistance.The stable forming speed ranges from 5m/min to 15m/min,driven by a 30KW to 45KW main motor matched with a professional gearbox transmission system.

Equipped with a high-precision encoder length measuring system,the cutting length tolerance is controlled within±0.5mm.The flying cutting design realizes non-stop online cutting,effectively improving production efficiency.The whole line adopts Siemens or Delta PLC intelligent control system with HMI touch screen operation,supporting 380V/50Hz three-phase working voltage,and can be customized to adapt to different regional power standards worldwide.

4.Machine Structure&Components

4.1 Hydraulic Decoiler

Equipped with a 5-8 ton hydraulic expanding decoiler,featuring automatic coil expansion,locking and tension braking functions.It effectively prevents steel coil loosening and material deviation during feeding,with stable load-bearing performance and reliable protective devices for long-term continuous operation.

4.2 Roll Forming Main Host

The machine frame is welded with thick H-type steel and treated by stress relief annealing to avoid deformation after long-term operation.It adopts independent arch support and separate gearbox transmission structure,replacing traditional chain drive,which greatly improves forming stability and finished panel flatness.All forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 or D2 alloy steel,processed by vacuum heat treatment to reach HRC58-62 hardness,with surface hard chrome plating treatment for excellent wear resistance and anti-rust performance,ensuring a service life of more than 10 years.

4.3 Hydraulic Flying Cutting Unit

The cutting blade is made of high-hardness Cr12MoV die steel with integral quenching treatment.Adopting advanced flying cutting structure,it can complete fixed-length cutting during continuous machine operation without production shutdown,ensuring smooth production process and high finished product yield.

4.4 Intelligent PLC Control System

The humanized touch screen operation interface supports one-key setting of panel length,production quantity and other parameters.The whole production line realizes fully automatic operation,with real-time operating data display,equipment fault self-alarm and fault record functions,which is convenient for operation and daily maintenance.

4.5 Output Rack&Optional Automatic Stacker

The finished panel output support table ensures smooth and stable discharging of formed panels.The optional automatic stacking device can realize automatic collection and stacking of finished products,effectively reducing manual labor costs and improving production automation level.
