1.Product Overview

Corrugated Roof Roll Forming Machine is an automatic cold roll forming equipment specially designed to produce wave-type corrugated metal roofing sheets.It processes color coated steel(PPGI),galvanized steel(GI),aluzinc and aluminum coils into continuous arched corrugated panels through gradual cold bending.

The complete production line integrates decoiling,feeding,roll forming,fixed-length hydraulic cutting and finished sheet discharging into one fully automatic workflow.Corrugated sheets feature excellent flexibility,outstanding waterproof performance and strong anti-wind capacity,widely used for low-rise buildings,temporary houses,warehouses and agricultural constructions around the world.Common finished sizes include 850,980,1000,1064 effective width corrugated profiles for global market demands.

2.Working Process

Metal coil is installed on decoiler first;raw steel strip is guided into forming main body after leveling.Multiple sets of forming rollers bend flat plate step by step to form uniform wave arcs without damaging coating surface.Encoder feeds length data to PLC control system,and hydraulic cutter cuts panels at preset length automatically.Final corrugated sheets slide onto receiving rack for collection.
