Glazed Roof Tile Forming Machine is a full-automatic cold roll forming production line specially designed to process PPGI,GI,aluminum metal coils into antique-looking metal glazed roof tiles,whose appearance perfectly simulates traditional ceramic glazed tiles with elegant arc&step textures.Adopting integrated roll-forming+hydraulic stamping technology,it realizes continuous automatic feeding,profiling,embossing and fixed-length cutting in one streamlined production flow,widely applied for villa roofing,antique architecture,factory workshop,warehouse,scenic spot building and residential roof construction worldwide.

Working Principle&Production Flow

Raw metal coil→Manual/Hydraulic Decoiler→Material guiding&leveling→Multi-pass progressive roll forming→Hydraulic tile pattern stamping→Hydraulic fixed-length cutting→Finished tile unloading rack

Decoiler unfurls raw steel coil steadily with max loading capacity 5 tons;

Multi-group precision forming rollers gradually bend flat sheet into base tile contour;

Independent hydraulic pressing unit stamps exclusive concave-convex glazed tile grain;

PLC system sets target length,hydraulic cutter cuts finished tiles automatically;

Final products slide onto receiving table for collection.
