Metal Deck Roll Forming Machine

The Metal Deck Roll Forming Machine is a high-efficiency, fully automatic cold forming production line specially designed for manufacturing metal floor deck panels used in modern steel structure buildings. It is suitable for processing galvanized steel, zinc-aluminum steel and PPGI coils, producing various profiles of steel floor decks that serve as permanent concrete supporting slabs. Integrating uncoiling, leveling, continuous roll forming, embossing and fixed-length hydraulic cutting, the machine achieves one-time automatic molding with stable operation and high production consistency.

This production line adopts a heavy-duty welded steel frame and high-precision solid forming shafts, equipped with wear-resistant rollers with fine surface treatment to ensure smooth panel surface without coating scratches or deformation. The advanced PLC and touch screen control system supports automatic length setting, counting and batch production. With high-precision encoder measurement, the cutting tolerance is controlled within ±1mm, which effectively guarantees the flatness and assembly accuracy of finished metal deck sheets. The machine operates steadily at a speed of 8–15 meters per minute, meeting large-scale and continuous industrial production requirements.
