1.Product Introduction

Metal Sheet Roof Rolling Machine is an automatic cold roll forming equipment dedicated to processing galvanized steel,galvalume and color coated metal coils into finished roof sheets.Raw metal strips go through uncoiling,leveling,continuous roll forming and fixed-length hydraulic cutting to form standard roof panels widely used in industrial workshops,warehouses,prefab houses,agricultural sheds and civil building roofing projects.Controlled by PLC system,the whole production line realizes unmanned continuous automatic production.

2.Main Structural Parts

Uncoiler:Hydraulic expandable decoiler with 3–8 ton bearing capacity,stably unwinds raw steel coils without slipping during feeding.

Leveling Device:Multi-group flattening rollers remove sheet bending and unevenness to guarantee smooth feeding for precise forming.

Roll Forming Host:Forming rollers are CNC machined and quenched with alloy steel for excellent wear resistance;thick steel welded frame ensures stable operation free from long-term deformation.

Hydraulic Cutting Unit:Hydraulic shearing cuts finished roof panels according to preset length,neat incision without burr and material waste.

PLC Control Cabinet:Touch screen parameter setting for cutting length and running speed,equipped with emergency stop,overload protection and fault warning functions.

Finished Product Receiving Rack:For orderly stacking of finished metal roof sheets after cutting.
