Metal Tile Roll Forming Machine

Metal tile roll forming machine is special cold forming machinery to produce stone coated metal tiles, glazed metal roof tiles from PPGI, galvanized steel and aluminum coils.

The complete production line includes hydraulic uncoiler, feeding platform, roll forming stations, hydraulic flying cutting device and PLC control system. Steel coil is unwound and fed into roller groups, then flat sheet is progressively pressed into curved glazed tile shape step by step. The flying shear cuts finished tiles into required fixed length online without stopping the production line.

Common finished products: classic glazed metal roof tile, roman tile, spanish tile widely used for villa, residence, scenic building and high-end factory roofing. Usable raw material thickness: 0.3mm~0.7mm, production speed around 15–30 m/min.
