Roof Roll Former is a high-efficiency,fully automatic cold forming machine specially used for mass production of metal roof panels.It shapes flat steel strips into various roof profiles through continuous cold rolling process without high-temperature heating.Suitable for color steel coil,galvanized steel,galvalume and aluminum coil,the finished roof sheets are widely used in steel structure factories,warehouses,prefab buildings,villas and industrial roofing projects.

2.Working Process

Coil Uncoiling→Strip Leveling→Continuous Roll Forming→Fixed-length Cutting→Finished Product Stacking

The whole process is fully automated with minimal manual operation,realizing stable and continuous production.
