Roof roll forming machine is specialized cold forming equipment for manufacturing metal roof panels, wall cladding sheets and corrugated roof tiles from PPGI, galvanized steel, aluminum coils and stainless steel strips.
The whole production line consists of hydraulic uncoiler, feeding guide frame, roll forming main body, hydraulic flying cutting system and PLC electric control cabinet. After raw steel coil is released by uncoiler, flat metal strip is sent into multiple groups of forming rollers. Gradual bending processing shapes flat plate into trapezoidal roof sheet, corrugated panel or glazed tile profiles without heating. The flying shear cuts finished panels into customized fixed length automatically while the machine keeps running, no shutdown interruption.
Common mainstream models include 840, 900 trapezoidal roof panel machine and glazed tile roll former, covering most residential, factory and warehouse roofing projects. Available material thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 0.8 mm, normal production speed: 18–35 m/min.
