1. Brief Overview

Steel roof panel roll forming machine is a dedicated cold bending forming equipment for producing various metal roof sheets. It processes galvanized steel coil, color coated steel coil, aluminum coil into continuous, uniform roof panels via sequential multi-group roller shaping without high-temperature heating. Widely applied in industrial workshops, warehouse, steel structure factory buildings, villas, agricultural sheds and large-scale construction roofing projects.

2. Core Working Principle

Raw metal coil is unwound by uncoiler, fed into leveling device to eliminate sheet bending deformation, then passes through dozens of precision forming rollers arranged in order. Gradual cold roll bending shapes flat steel strip into designed roof panel profile. After roll forming, panels go through hydraulic cutting system for fixed-length blanking, finished products output automatically. The whole forming process realizes continuous automatic production from raw coil to finished roof panel.

3. Main Machine Configuration

Uncoiler: Manual/hydraulic uncoiler optional, holds raw steel coils with load capacity 3–10 tons for stable raw material feeding.

Feeding & Leveling Section: Straightens warped steel strip, ensures flat feeding to avoid finished panel irregular deformation.

Roll Forming Stand: Forming rollers made of high-grade alloy steel with quenching treatment, wear-resistant and long service life; stand frame adopts heavy-duty welded steel structure for stable operation under high load.

Hydraulic Cutting Unit: Post-forming fixed-length cutting, hydraulic power guarantees neat incision without sheet collapse or edge curling.

PLC Control Cabinet: Full automatic PLC+touch screen control, preset panel length, production quantity; auto-counting, auto-stop after reaching set output, easy parameter adjustment.

Finished Product Rack: Supports finished roof panels for neat collection and convenient stacking.
