The main frame is welded with heavy-duty section steel and processed by stress relief treatment to avoid deformation during long-term continuous operation. All forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 alloy steel with high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating, featuring high hardness, excellent wear resistance and long service life. The hydraulic flying cutting unit adopts Cr12MoV die steel blades, achieving non-stop cutting and greatly improving production efficiency without shutdown loss.
