Trapezoidal Roof Roll Forming Machine is an automatic cold roll forming production line specially developed for continuous manufacturing of trapezoidal metal roof panels and wall cladding sheets.By cold bending flat metal coils through multi-group precision rollers without heating,it shapes standard trapezoidal rib profiles with outstanding structural stiffness and excellent rain drainage performance,widely recognized as mainstream roofing equipment in global construction material industry.
The whole line finishes uncoiling,feeding,gradual forming,fixed-length hydraulic cutting and finished panel output in one automatic flow,realizing unmanned continuous batch production of roofing sheets.Popular finished profiles cover IBR,T18,T25,T35,840,900,1050 effective width trapezoidal sheets to fit European,African,Southeast Asian and domestic building standards.
2.Working Principle
Raw metal coil is loaded on manual/hydraulic decoiler first;strip is fed into forming host after straightening and guiding,then sequentially passes 16–22 sets of precision roller stations.Rollers progressively bend the flat plate step by step to form standard trapezoidal ribs,avoiding material tension crack or surface scratch caused by one-time sharp bending.After forming,PLC system reads preset cutting length via encoder and triggers hydraulic shear for fixed-length blanking;finished roof panels slide onto run-out table or automatic stacking rack for collection.
