The Triple Layer Roll Forming Machine is a multi-functional integrated cold rolling forming equipment specially optimized for the building steel structure industry.Different from conventional single-layer and double-layer forming machines,this equipment integrates three sets of independent roller forming systems on one unified machine frame.It can produce three different types of metal roof panels and wall panels alternately on a single production line,solving the pain points of large floor occupation and high procurement cost caused by configuring multiple separate roll forming machines for manufacturers.The machine is suitable for processing color coated steel coils,galvanized steel coils and aluminum coils,and realizes fully automatic integrated production from coil feeding,leveling,roll forming to fixed-length cutting and discharging.It is the ideal cost-effective equipment for medium and large color steel tile processing factories,construction material suppliers and steel structure engineering enterprises.

3.Main Technical Parameters&Performance
The equipment is applicable to raw material thickness of 0.3mm to 0.8mm,compatible with various conventional metal coils such as color steel,galvanized steel and aluminum steel.It supports standard coil inner diameter of 508mm,with a maximum bearing capacity of 3-5 tons for raw material coils.Three sets of independent forming roller groups are arranged in a layered structure,with the number of roller stations reasonably configured according to the three different panel profiles to ensure accurate forming of each sheet.
The whole machine adopts gearbox integrated transmission,abandoning the traditional chain drive,with stable operation and low noise.The stable production speed can reach 8-16m/min,which meets the needs of mass continuous production.Equipped with high-precision encoder length measurement system,the cutting length error is strictly controlled within±1mm,ensuring uniform and standard finished panel size.
It adopts mature PLC intelligent control system and humanized HMI touch screen operation.Users can freely switch three production modes with one key,set production length and quantity parameters.The standard working voltage is 380V/50Hz three-phase power supply,and voltage and frequency can be customized to adapt to the power standards of different countries and regions around the world.
4.Equipment Structural Composition
4.1 Hydraulic Decoiler
Matching 3-5 ton hydraulic automatic expanding decoiler,with automatic tension adjustment and anti-loosening function.It can firmly fix the raw steel coil,effectively avoid material deviation,loose coil and jamming during high-speed feeding,and provide stable raw material supply for continuous production of the three-layer host.
4.2 Triple Layer Forming Host
The main frame is welded with thickened high-strength section steel,and undergoes strict stress relief annealing treatment to ensure no deformation after long-term high-load operation.The three groups of forming rollers are made of high-quality GCr15 alloy steel,processed by high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating on the surface,with high hardness,strong wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance,and long service life.Each layer of the forming system operates independently without mutual interference,and the production of three different panels can be switched quickly without replacing molds,which greatly improves production flexibility.
4.3 High-precision Cutting Unit
The cutting tool is made of high-hardness Cr12MoV die steel,with integral quenching and tempering treatment,sharp and durable.Adopting advanced flying cutting technology,the equipment can complete fixed-length cutting in the continuous running state,no need to stop the machine,effectively improving production efficiency and product flatness of the incision.
4.4 Intelligent Control System
The centralized electric control system integrates PLC controller,touch screen,frequency converter and fault alarm device.The operation is simple and intuitive.Workers can complete mode switching,parameter setting and production monitoring through the touch screen.The system has automatic fault detection and record functions,which is convenient for daily maintenance and equipment management.
