Standardized installation and inspection are essential to guarantee long-term safe operation of the hydraulic system on roll forming machines and avoid oil leakage, pipe rupture or pressure explosion hazards.
First, select certified hydraulic pipes, fittings and sealing components matching system working pressure. All hydraulic pipelines must be free from crack, scratch or rust before installation. Pipes are fixed with pipe clamps at reasonable intervals to prevent pipeline vibration and fatigue fracture during high-speed operation; sharp bending and forced distortion of tubing are strictly forbidden to avoid internal oil flow turbulence and local pressure surge.
Second, complete valve group, overflow valve and pressure gauge installation as required. The overload relief valve serves as core safety protection, set to rated working pressure instead of arbitrary overpressure adjustment to prevent sudden pipe burst when load spikes. Pressure gauges need regular calibration to reflect real-time oil pressure accurately for timely abnormal judgment.
Third, pay attention to oil tank and hydraulic oil configuration. Clean the inner wall of oil tank thoroughly to eliminate welding slag, iron scraps and dirt which may block hydraulic valve core and cause component stuck. Select specified viscosity anti-wear hydraulic oil and filter oil before filling to reduce valve wear. Install air filter and oil level gauge on fuel tank to prevent dust entering and insufficient oil triggering pump empty suction damage.
After pipeline assembly, perform pressure leakage test step by step with low pressure first then rated pressure. Check all joints for seepage and tighten loose connections before formal trial run. Keep hydraulic station ground with anti-oil pan to prevent slippery ground caused by leaked oil and accidental falls of maintenance workers.
