What are the main components of hydraulic decoiler machine?

A complete hydraulic decoiler consists of six core assemblies,which jointly realize automatic coil loading,hydraulic expansion and synchronous unwinding for roll forming and stamping lines.

Main machine base frame:Heavy-duty welded steel base bears all coil load and fixes spindle,hydraulic station and driving parts to prevent vibration during high-speed decoiling.

Hydraulic expansion spindle unit:Driven by built-in hydraulic cylinder,the four-claw expanding head adjusts outer diameter to lock steel coil inner hole from 410mm to 550mm,replacing manual tightening of mechanical decoiler.

Driving transmission system:Including main driving reducer and variable frequency motor,it controls spindle rotating speed to match downstream production line feeding pace.

Independent hydraulic power pack:Equipped with oil pump,control valve group,oil tank and cooling parts,supplying stable hydraulic pressure for spindle expansion and optional coil car lifting movement.

Follow-up detection assembly:Infrared or ultrasonic sensor mounted beside the rack monitors sheet tension in real time and sends feedback signal to frequency converter for automatic speed regulation to avoid sheet wrinkling or overstretching.

Optional hydraulic coil car:Auxiliary feeding component,lifting and sending steel coil onto spindle automatically to save forklift and manual feeding cost,widely equipped on 5T and above heavy hydraulic decoiler.

All spare parts adopt standard industrial accessories for convenient later replacement and daily maintenance.
